Welltec Rubber Plastic Industrial has been manufacturing special-function foam materials and products with excellent shock-absorbing and cushion features, and other related products since 1997. Our product range includes personal protective equipment, sports gear, and medical care items of wide ranges application. In 2000, we established a second factory for injection, extrusion and other services. This provided us the means to fulfill any kind of material requirement of buyers. For decade, we have experienced to work with lots famous brands to develop new materials and products in different fields.

   QC/Technical Support

Our Inspection Team consists of expert employees who have been engaged in polymer sciences for at least ten years. All inspectors are trained and receive yearly refresher courses. We also have our own lab to run all our inspections, further ensuring quality.

 

   R&D research and development

There are sophisticated instruments to analyze and develop new compounds, and a lot of mechanical strength testers for physical property testing.
The raw material original 70% local and 30% come from the import from Germany, USA. We are using AutoCAD, Illustrator, and Solid Work for our R&D teams.
